Job Description Summary:
The Assistant Manager, IT is a pivotal role supporting the operational success of key IT applications – Leasing Management System, Argus for budgeting, CRM, ePOS, Autodesk Construction Cloud. Responsible for deployment, maintenance, and user support, you'll collaborate closely with the IT Manager to ensure optimal performance.
Responsibilities:
Application Management:
- Assist in planning, deploying, and configuring new IT applications.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance and updates for existing applications.
- Monitor application performance, swiftly identifying and addressing issues.
- Document application functionality and procedures, managing interfaces from non-SAP real estate systems to SAP modules.
User Support:
- Provide front-line support, troubleshooting and escalating issues as needed.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries, documenting interactions and tracking resolutions.
Project Management:
- Assist in planning and executing small to medium-sized IT projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business objectives.
- Track project progress, reporting results to the IT Manager.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the IT Manager and team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Attend regular meetings, actively participate in discussions, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues.
Skills:
- Proficient in T-SQL, RPA, and Workato.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT applications management, user support, or project management.
· Strong grasp of real estate and financial terms.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Experience in project management, business analysis, and solution architecture.
· Excellent project and vendor management skills.
· Certifications in Project Management (PMP, CITPM or equivalent) is a bonus
