Job Responsibilities:
Lead Testing Team:
- Provide leadership to the testing team, ensuring support for project testing requirements.
- Escalate and resolve testing issues promptly.
Consulting and Collaboration:
- Offer expert consultancy and testing knowledge to project teams.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to define testing scope and coverage, including functional, performance, automated, and regression testing.
Test Planning and Design:
- Design and construct comprehensive test cases.
- Plan and manage test schedules and timelines effectively.
Monitoring and Support:
- Monitor testing activities and progress, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Provide support in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Vendor Management:
- Manage and collaborate with vendors to design and convert test scripts into automated testing.
Process Knowledge:
- Provide and implement End-to-End QA process knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum 5 years in testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
· Strong understanding of software development and testing life cycle.
· Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.
· Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
· Effective time management, prioritization, and analytical skills.
· UI/UX proficiency.
· Experience in testing tools and methodologies.
· Familiarity with automated testing tools is advantageous.
· Knowledge of property sales platforms and/or processes is a plus.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.
· Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin, facilitating collaboration with IT teams and vendors across different regions.
