We are actively seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our dedicated testing team for key digital products. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and develop performance and functional test suites.
- Document and update test results and statuses.
- Monitor and analyze test outcomes, interpret performance metrics, identify performance issues, and present comprehensive summary reports.
- Execute performance, load, stress, and other relevant tests.
- Integrate tests seamlessly into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Provide consultancy and share testing expertise with project teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Test team Project Manager/Owner to define the scope and coverage of testing.
- Design and construct test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Monitor testing activities and track progress.
- Provide support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to and apply End-to-End QA process knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in regression testing, load testing, stress testing, and related areas.
- Solid understanding of the software development and testing life cycle.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Practical experience with testing tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of property sales platforms and/or processes is a plus.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management and staff.
