Job Description:
- Maintain the Financial Services Director's schedule, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Handle accounts management, including keeping accurate records, processing invoices, and managing payments.
- Assist in client acquisition and servicing by scheduling appointments, coordinating client communications, and occasionally meeting with clients.
- Support the recruitment process by assisting in identifying and engaging talented individuals for the role of financial consultants.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to financial consultants, including coaching, monitoring, and implementing efficient systems to boost their success.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients, prospects, and other stakeholders.
- Plan and organize events, including identifying suitable vendors, securing venues, managing RSVPs, and coordinating logistics.
- Conduct research and provide regular updates on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activities to assist in business development.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or support role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools, including MS Office Suite and scheduling applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges

- Located in Raffles Place
- Working hours: Office Hours from Monday – Friday, Office hours
- Up to $4000 (Depending on experience)
