Responsibilities:
- Handle and maintain general office administration and operational.
- Gebiz monitoring, reviewing of published tenders and uploading of RFP submission
- Prepare fee proposal & service agreement for potential projects
- Project tracking, processing of invoices, receipts and payments.
- Handles travel and accommodation arrangement
- Assist in implementing and overseeing all internal controls, policies and procedures and corporate governance in Singapore offices and overseas subsidiaries.
- Scheduling and preparing meeting materials
- Any Grant application where applicable
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as require.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel, Ms Word and Powerpoint
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin
- Pleasant personality
