Key Account Manager (Semicoductor Components)
The company is the world leading information technology company, consumer electronics maker and chipmaker (semiconductor).
Incumbent is responsible for overall sales on all Global Account Management (GAM) customers and sales coverage on assigned direct GAM customers, interacting with respective customer’s commodity team to address all related business activity.
Responsibilities:
Management by Objectives (MBO)
- Achieve yearly MBO sales target for overall GAM customers
- Set up individual goal & provide guidance to team members
- Manage assigned customer to achieve overall performance against WW sales target
- Provide good support & resolve all issue with customer’s regional teams
- Consolidate customer’s activity to SEC HQ
- Provide regular market sensing information to SEC HQ
- Monitor competitor’s activity & provide intelligence updates and share with team member to facilitates them in formulating plans and strategy
Customer Management
- Manage customer’s activity & monitor demand situation
- Achieve individual sales target set up by division
- Conduct regular visit & sales call to assigned customer
- Working closely with internally HQ team to provide strong support to customer’s request
- Gather accurate forecast & input demand planning (DP) for order fulfilment
- Possess good relationship & develop strong rapport with all level within assigned customer
- Negotiate on regional & special deal with customers on target products
Requirement:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical or Business Management
- Must be familiar with SAP & MS Office
- At least 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor / electronics industry
- Proven track record in key account management experience
