Job Scope
- Analyze project requirements for industrial robotic equipment/machines.
- Design, develop, and test electrical control systems for industrial automation.
- Create detailed electrical schematic drawings using E3 (or ePLAN as a second option).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation.
- Source and select control components based on project specifications.
- Place orders for control components and coordinate with suppliers.
- Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning.
- Ensure the proper functioning and integration of control components.
- Provide on-site technical support during the installation and commissioning of robotic equipment/machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Emphasize compliance with Technical Construction Files (TCF) standards.
Requirement
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Control Systems Engineering or related disciplines
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences and roles in Industrial Automation
- Experience in programming motion controllers, robots, or touch panels is an added advantage
