Executive, Talent Acquisition (F&B)

Core Responsibilities & Opportunities

  • Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Develop, propose and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes as well as culture fit with our environment
  • Support HR team with various tasks including onboarding of new team members, creating a great team culture & organizing team events
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Responsible for foreign workers employment and work permit matters (application/renewal/cancellation)
  • Promote company’s reputation as an Employer of Choice
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirement(s)

  • At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field
  • Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

*Bonus: Regional recruiting experiences in Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan

  • Excellent networking in the F&B industry
  • Good understanding of the HR principles and practices including Employment Act
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate verbal and written mandarin to mandarin speaking candidates
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork orientation with ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
  • Good working attitude & self-driven
