Responsibilities:
• Assist in the implementation of the HCM system.
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect and analyze business requirements for implementing support systems.
• Develop and implement thorough test plans, including test cases and scenarios, to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, collaborating closely with end-users to verify that system functionality meets their requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate successful system implementation.
• Document system requirements, specifications, and test results for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide support for other projects and day-to-day activities within the Payroll team.
Requirements:
• At least 6 - 7 years of experience in payroll operations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supporting system implementation and testing, preferably within HR systems or a similar capacity.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities enabling comprehension of intricate business requirements and their translation into system specifications.
• Track record of developing and executing comprehensive test plans, encompassing unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, adept at managing multiple priorities, and consistently meeting project deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with adept project management skills.
