Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Managing Director, ensuring the smooth functioning of his day-to-day activities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and organize the schedules of executives, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the executives, handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
  3. Document Management: Assist in preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  4. Meeting Support: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
  5. Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing and managing tasks to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  6. Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, and handle matters with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or administrative role.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and email software.
  5. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  6. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum diploma or ITE education level.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Work Schedule:

  • 4 days a week including 2 days WFH
  • Require to work on Saturday or Sunday
  • No work on public holidays
