Responsibilities :
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Prepare payment by Giro, cheque, TT and etc
- Process expenses claims
- Perform administrative functions
- Any other job assigned by management
- Ensure proper maintenance of filling of documents
- Follow-up and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly with internal and external parties
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in this role.
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Good team player and positive attitude
- Able to work in a fast pace company
Working Hours : Mon-Fri 9.00am - 6pm
