Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project manager and team members to plan, organize, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates to monitor and control project expenses.
- Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, structural installations, and finishing touches.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in project management or construction engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Immediate availability will be preferred
