Salary: Up to $4,200
Duration: 3 years
Location: Science Park
Working Hour: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Responsibilities:
- Support RFx activities and negotiations.
- Identify, develop, execute, and monitor strategic sourcing.Assist in improvement of Procurement governance, documentation, and P2P processes/system
- Track and support contract renewals,vendor performance management, and supplier audits.
- Support Global Category Managers in tactical procurement activities
- Analyse spend data
- Track and report savings
- Assist in market benchmarking exercises and research
- Active support and collaboration with local and regional stakeholders for project implementations
- Provide new ideas and innovative solutions to the team.
