Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the team in operating and expanding Earn products, and strategize their growth.
2. Plan and execute various activities to stimulate user engagement and product growth.
3. Seek collaboration opportunities with token partners to widen market reach.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, customer service, KOL affiliate, etc., to ensure smooth product operations.
5. Monitor and address Earn product issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Undertake initiatives with internal and external stakeholders to attain the set KPIs.
7. Assess the performance of marketing campaigns and product growth using data analysis and user feedback.
8. Assist the team in handling VIP and institutional clients, and onboard more clients for Earn products.
9. Understand each protocol mechanism deeply and as well as cooperate with top-tier protocols to expand the LSD market.
Required Qualifications:
1. 4+ years traditional finance background and 3+ relevant Fintech product experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of the Fintech industry
3. Demonstrated experience in product growth or operations role.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
5. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use data-driven decisions to drive growth.
6. Excellent communication and people management skills.
