- Assist to Project Quality team and handle administration works and documents.
- Assist Vendor Inspection Coordinator (VIC) on the vendor related inspection activity documentations
- Assist VIC to raise Work Assignment Sheets.
- Assist VIC to distribute Notice of Inspection (NOI) to all interested parties.
- Maintain records of all Vendor related inspection records, Observations and documentations.
- Compilation and follow up on the Vendor related punch lists.
- Report KPIs on monthly basis to Project Quality Manager.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
Educational Qualification:
- ITE / Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience
