Job Responsibilities:
- Leading PMO to deliver the regional projects undertaken by the team
- Coordinating and overseeing the execution of Strategic Project deliveries ensuring completion on time and within budget in partnership with project sponsors
- Providing strategic project governance support, monitoring project progress ensuring projects are on track to meet deliveries and deadlines
- Creating reporting and presentations to support updates and progress of Strategic Project deliveries
- Drive decisions to ensure optimal solutions are based on both commercial and business requirements
- Building project book of work and performing high-level project requirement assessment
- Providing necessary update of projects to the management team and project sponsors, etc
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years work experience in regional strategic project management with focus on change management
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in stakeholder management such as conflict resolution, consensus building skills, and an ability to build partnerships and influence beyond the immediate area of responsibility
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in of corporate banking such as first line coverage
- Experience in driving process improvements by using tools such as process mapping and design, data analysis and automation
- Experience in managing multiple complex projects and competing priorities, completing milestones, and working toward multiple deadlines simultaneously
- You will be highly organised, with a structured and logical approach
- Regional project management experience
- 1st Line coverage or product business management planning experience
- Experience in offshoring
