Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Hype Media Pte. Ltd., a prominent large format printing company, is actively seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant to manage payroll, handle government permit submissions, oversee petty cash management, and facilitate the issuance of Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO). This presents an excellent opportunity for individuals who may not have prior administrative experience, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operational and financial aspects of our office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Payroll Management:Execute and oversee employee payroll, ensuring precision and timeliness.
    Maintain accurate records of employee working hours, overtime, and leave.
  2. Government Permit Submissions:Prepare and submit various government permits as required.
    Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure strict compliance.
  3. Petty Cash Handling:Efficiently manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
    Maintain meticulous records and receipts for petty cash expenses.
  4. Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchase Orders (PO):Issue and process Delivery Orders for completed projects.
    Generate and manage Purchase Orders for necessary supplies and services.
  5. General Administrative Tasks:Undertake general administrative duties as outlined in the previous job description.
    Assist with scheduling, communication, and data entry tasks.

Requirements:

  • No prior administrative experience is necessary; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm
