Brief Summary:
As a Logistics Associate, you play a pivotal role within our Distribution Centre (DC) Team. Your primary focus is to uphold the precision and efficiency of our shipping operations by ensuring the accuracy of incoming shipments and the seamless issuance of outgoing shipments, all in strict alignment with pick lists (Delivery Orders).
Job Description:
- Receive all incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Issue outgoing shipments meticulously based on pick lists (Delivery Orders).
- Pack each order according to pick list (Delivery Order) specifications.
- Conduct thorough counting of quantities for each shipment.
- Manage the receiving process for RMA parts received from customers.
- Process outbound deliveries and Air Way Bills as per shipment lists.
- Adhere strictly to established quality, housekeeping, and safety practices.
- Execute other duties as directed by the DC Team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum O Level/ N Level/ ITE qualification with 1 or 2 years of relevant experience.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP systems.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in hands-on operational tasks.
