JOB DESCRIPTION
A technical real estate MNC is currently seeking for a HR Operations Manager to join their expanding team to be based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Chief, the incumbent will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, which includes Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training and Development, Benefits and Compensation, and HR Operations. As HR Operations Manager, the incumbent has to manage full recruitment cycle, formulate HR strategies in developing talents and policies, performance evaluation, staff trainings, system implementation and administrative tasks such as employee data management, reviewing payroll, and handle claims.
In addition, the HR Operations Manager will also be required to constantly observing HR processes and identify for opportunities to optimize and streamline the processes and assist with audits and compliance exercises as required. Ther

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent. Having HR Certification is good to have
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR Operations with proven track record
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Previous experience with implementing HRIS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and presentations
- Experience in HR Dashboard reporting
