Overall Scope and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing, and onboarding duties.
- Learn to gather client requirements and manage job advertisements on various platforms.
- Source and screen candidates using different methods and platforms to ensure effective searches.
- Assist in interviews for potential candidates and profile suitable candidates.
- Aid during the offer process and gain knowledge about contract signing essentials.
- Coordinate pre- and post-interview processes, including interview arrangement and feedback collection.
- Conduct background checks and maintain candidate database in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Requirements:
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Good database management and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Meticulous, resourceful, and able to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
- Able to commit to internship period of 3 to 6 months.
