Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing the Work Plan
- Delegates jobs to workers and plan the manpower schedule in accordance to the budgeted man-hours
- Resolves problems encountered and manage the coordination between the different trades
- Manages Issue Passes for materials and equipment required for the jobs accordingly
- Monitors the work of sub-contractors to ensure that quality and workmanship conform to company standards
- Ensures that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in related engineering disciplines
- Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
- Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a senior role
- Possess positive and willing to learn attitude
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and able to work in a fast-paced environment
