Responsibilities:
- Support & Coordinate daily activities adherence to rules, regulations & policies
- Propose, plan & organize activities for staff welfare
- Manage staff benefits and welfare programs.
- Create conducive, safe and healthy working environment
- Plan suitable training, learning and development needs and career development for staff.
- Assist on-boarding and off-boarding process.
- Support staff business travel booking request.
- Administer staff travel and personal expenses claim
- Maintain office equipment and company assets
- Arrange maintenance and upkeep of company premises
- Assist procurement of goods and services
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 6 years of related experience
- Knowledge in Office administration & IT Savvy
