Primary Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Think and act from an overall “best for the business” and business process and systems solution efficiency perspective.
- Deliver small to large scale, high-value projects within an established delivery methodology
- Highlight and drive resolution to issues in Planning. Gaps between strategy, manufacturing capability, and market demand
- Track and analyze business performance against targets, conduct root cause analysis to find opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with Supply Chain partners to implement solutions
- Build, study, and summarize impacts of various what-if scenarios
- Build an understanding of the interaction of Supply Chain technology solutions and partner with Supply Chain and IT to drive improvements
- Identify process gaps, improvement opportunities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to implement robust processes
- Provide architectural, functional and process guidance on approach and capabilities
- Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional forums, meetings, and activities that drive engagement and alignment across the organization.
- Work with and influence cross-functional teams (Operations areas, IT, PMO) to drive successful deployments
- Communicate business metrics and project status with Global Operations leadership
- Analyze demand and supply trends, summarize risks and opportunities to sales, marketing and supply chain teams
- Leverage big data to build large-scale optimization models
- Develop and deliver training for the Global Supply Chain organization
Professional Experience Required:
- 3+ years Supply Chain or Planning relevant work experience
- Possess an in-depth business process knowledge of one or more of the following: Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning S&OP and Manufacturing Planning. Deep Supply Chain and best known method knowledge
- 3+ years of related IT or Supply Chain program/project management and leadership
- Experience in implementing any new enterprise-wide Supply Chain solutions
Professional Experience Preferred:
- Working familiarity with several Supply Chain systems/tools in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Order Promising and in-depth knowledge in 1 or 2 tools (like Blue Yonder (JDA), Kinaxis, SAP)
- Understanding of Supply Chain Master Data Management principles and practices
- Experience with Planning in a Semiconductor manufacturing environment is highly valued

- Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing work environment and to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
- Able to work cooperatively at all levels in the organization to build and maintain the positive relationships required to accomplish organizational goals
- Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries, experience in working in Tableau or Analysis for Office will be an added advantage.
