Job Description:
- Perform full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
- Handle employment pass (EP) applications and renewal
- Assist in day-to-day administrative duties
- Data entry of relevant information into database
- Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing
- Assist in scheduling and setting appointments
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by company
Requirements:
· Diploma / degree in Business or equivalent
· At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
· Adaptable and flexible attitude
· Meticulous, pro-active and responsive
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Able to work independently and take initiatives
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
· Able to start within short notice is an advantage
