Role:Insurance regulatory reporting & data SME

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to data and reporting projects in the insurance sector.
• Leverage business consulting expertise to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance reporting processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of insurance operations.
Requirements:
• At least 8 years experience in either Consulting for Insurance clients or in the Insurance industry working on data / reporting projects. Candidate outside of Insurance & data fields will not be considered.
• Practical experience with regulatory reporting (e.g. IFRS17)
• Deep understanding of various reports produced by insurance companies, including but not limited to Regulatory, Finance, Actuarial, Distribution, Underwriting, and Claims reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment
