- Support the CEO & CFO to set up a financial reporting system and budgets and processes needed by the company.
- Oversees the financial management and reporting activities of the company, and help CEO & CFO in budget planning, and support executive management team in offering insights and financial advices that will allow them to make the best business decisions for the company.
- Close monitoring of sales and expenses tracking to ensure healthy cashflow.
- Manage legal and corporate governance and general financial management of the company.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
- Familiar with India tax laws and corporate governance will be added plus
