We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Associate Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the recruitment process, supporting senior consultants and helping us deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media platforms, and our internal database.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who closely match client requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and experience.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates, provide career advice, and prepare them for client interviews.
- Manage the interview process, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics between clients and candidates.
- Assist with client communication, manage expectations, and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market insights relevant to your assigned specialization (if any).
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any field.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in recruitment or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive and results-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
