Job Description:
Main Responsibilities
- Finance admin support. Assisting our Finance Officer with basic accounts tracking and processing.
- Maintenance and upkeep of office equipment and working areas.
- Support fundraising campaigns, events and volunteers’ activities.
- Any other adhoc administrative tasks.
Secondary (Other responsibilities during the annual 4-month Aidilfitri Fund Application and Disbursement period)
- Support the TAA Aidilfitri Fund Application and Disbursement processes including follow ups and liaison.
Qualifications
- Higher Nitec preferred
- Experience in office administration role
- Keen interest in social services and community engagement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with resilience, adaptability.
- Willingness to learn
