Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier quality issue and feedback COC/documentation errors to supplier, and follow up on the action with supplier, and containment action with internal engineering/ production team
- Support new and existing material part declaration
- Follow up Supplier Quality Audit Checklist and VDA6.3 to ensure all declaration are closure on time
- Maintain Supplier Quality ePortal to ensure that all suppliers 100% upload their COC, ISO/IATF Certificate, ICP report and declaration on time
- Implement SPC system for critical materials. Ensure all data has been updated into SPC system.
- Responsible for tracking supplier quality performance, including COC, certificates, declarations, and supplier response time
- Maintain IQC procedure, control plan and FMEA
Responsibilities:
- GCE O Level
- At least 1 year experience in the semiconductor industry or equivalent
