About the Role
This role will be responsible for directly assisting an assigned group of local attorneys in addition to providing global team support with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our Singapore office.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
- Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserving the confidentiality of ours and our clients’ protected information
- Generating, editing, and posting client invoices

- Possess the ability to take initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
And have:
- Relevant prior professional experience in a legal or professional services environment
