Summary: Design, develop and implement high-quality enrichment programmes that meet the learning needs of children. You will also be expected to take on teaching duties and IT savvy.
Job Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design, research, development, and production of high-quality lesson materials for children that are in line with centre's teaching philosophy
- Effectively utilise teaching materials to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment
- Mark and grade students’ assignments with value-added feedback
- Create weekly lesson plans consisting of student worksheets and teacher resources
- Work with teachers to implement curriculum
- Teach, coach, and support children; nurturing their enthusiasm towards learning
- Assess work, provide appropriate feedback and track the progress of children
- Work collaboratively with parents to ensure that children are supported in their learning journeys
- Build strong relationships with parents through close communication
- Participate in curriculum development
