Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators. Due to fast expansion, they are actively seeking for Project Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works.
- Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
- Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.
- Coordinate and manage activities of the vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
- Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations.
- Work with the team members to prepare OMM and handover certificates for assigned projects.
Requirement:
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification with computer literacy
Advantage
- Min 3 years of experience in Lift / Construction or similar industry
