Provide an efficient and responsive secretarial and administrative support to our Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Clinical Service) to help him/her to prioritise and manage his/her time, to achieve organization targets.
Main Duties:
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Clinical Service):
- Handling correspondences and call on behalf of DCEO-CS
- Contact point for meeting scheduling and calendaring matters support for DCEO-CS
- Provide administrative support for all OPD meetings
- Liaised with meeting organizers for DCEO-CS on events
- Provide update and liaise with the medical department admin support on DCEO-CS’s meetings for blocking of clinic
- Handle office duties such as purchase request of stationeries, pantry supplies, office equipment, coordinate IT requests
- Minutes taking for meetings involved and follow-up when necessary
- Organising retreat (involve in logistics and administration)
- Any other duties as assigned by DCEO-CS
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma level
- 1 to 2 years’ relevant secretarial experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude
- Self-driven and proactive
- Diligence and willing to take on new challenges
- Possible to work from home (up to 2 days/week, with 3 fixed days on-site to be agreed with HOD), more on-site days can be required subject to prevailing policies and on-site needs
