- Administer foreign work passes related matter (i.e. work pass and passport application and renewal)
- Assist in process documentation and system audits
- Data entry, filing and documentation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- O level/ Diploma with 1 year relevant experience
- Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills
- Well-organized with good and analytical initiative
- Resourceful and mature team player
- Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlooks, Words, Excel, Power Point, etc)
