Job Description

  • spectrum of Human Resources functions including salary and benefits administration, training and development, employee relation and performance management.
  • Administer foreign work passes related matter (i.e. work pass and passport application and renewal)
  • Assist in process documentation and system audits
  • Data entry, filing and documentation
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • O level/ Diploma with 1 year relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills
  • Well-organized with good and analytical initiative
  • Resourceful and mature team player
  • Proficient in MS Office Skills (Outlooks, Words, Excel, Power Point, etc)
