Job Description
- Deliveries of timely group financial results to all stakeholders through close collaboration with the regional business managers
- Owner of accounting metrics and reporting, providing recommendations on improvements and best practices
- Analyse financial data and present financial management reports and projections
- Work closely with accounting community and compliance team to ensure maintenance and internal control framework
- Provide adept system support and facilitate timely resolution of accounting & compliance issues and business process
- Oversee financial reporting functions of subsidiary operations
- Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants on statutory & tax compliance.
- Act as sparring partners to ensure accounting ERP and other system implementation projects are delivered timely and effectively
- Support on integration of M&A activities post acquisition in the region
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in a FP&A roles
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with financial and accounting principles and practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
