Senior Recruitment Consultant

The  Senior Recruitment Consultant’s role is to develop Eames Consulting Group’s position within the Insurance, Banking & Technology markets via the consistent generation of recruitment revenues to meet individual sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-led sales opportunities to deliver sufficient revenues to hit personal sales target.
  • Implement full recruitment process for all client-led opportunities including: database search, resourcing of candidates, advertising in internet media (where relevant), qualification of candidates, submission of applications, arranging interviews, conducting candidate screenings, arranging client interviews, making offers to candidates and securing placements.
  • Apply all corporate and business unit procedures.
  • Contribute to team support and team delivery of end to end recruitment solutions.

Personnel Profile:

  • Detailed knowledge of at least one of our client sectors and a minimum of one of our disciplines
  • Recent and relevant experience of placing mid to senior level candidates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a largely autonomous manner and remote from reporting manager on occasions.
  • A stable track record of consistently achieving sales objectives
  • Proven ability to network, communicate and deal effectively with executive level personnel within prospect and client organisations
  • Influence clients through market knowledge, challenging and eliminating unrealistic criteria
  • Intelligence, drive, energy and determination to succeed
  • Demonstrable diplomacy and problem-solving skills
  • A record of setting the highest ‘best practice’ standards and ensuring they are adhered to
  • Ability to maximise opportunities through diligent time management
  • Motivation and desire to achieve goals and exceed set targets
  • Able to actively develop & maximize sales opportunities rather than waiting for them to “happen”
  • Utilise effective, efficient, creative and innovative candidate generation
