- Involved in overall maintenance of premise, machinery, visual equipment and fixtures.
- Investigates, check and analyze breakdowns and aults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
- Liaising and sourcing vendors for quotations and monitor contractors on projects and rectifications works.
- Implementation of risk assessment & control including safety and regulatory compliance.
- Updating of preventive maintenance records like checklist history card
- Assist in ad-hoc work related duties.
