Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the marketing communications and promotional activities
- Support the sales operations by strengthening and enhancing marketing effectiveness
- Facilitate the organization and management of corporate events and sponsorships
- Work with designers and/or design, update and print marketing materials like advertisements, posters, and brochures.
- Handling of customer written feedback and complaints.
- Work with external partners to develop new ideas and programs to increase brand awareness.
- E-commerce activities – general enquiries on sales of products, media campaigns, social media copywriting etc.
- Create awareness and drive the usage of social media
Qualifications
- At least 1-5 years related working experience
- Experience in Marketing of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods,
- Experience in eCommerce platforms, an Internet start-up in retail International Brand or account
- The preferred marketing media are English and Mandarin for our products, hence proficiencies in these languages will be advantageous
