Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process bakery purchases, including handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including displaying promotional materials.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with bakery staff to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Full time & Part time allowed
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin (to handle enquiries from Chinese speaking clients)
- Singaporean preferred
