What you need to do:
- Assist and manage in event & logistic planning, operation, coordination and execution (on-site support)
- Pre-event preparation including on-site inspection and ensure smooth execution and operation on-site during events
- Assist and work with sales team closely in IT solution content management
- Being responsible for events on hand from start to end
- Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery during event, and post-event reporting and follow up for customers
- Extremely organized and bring high level of attention to details and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and able to multitask
- Work closely across department for product feedback
- Work closely with Sales Manager to forecast event activities arrangement
- Be comfortable to travel for work when required

- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to work with IT solutions, tech/digital savvy, and comfortable with hands-on environment

- Effective crisis management
