Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to the HR administrative team, to provide daily HR operational support in the following areas:
- On boarding
- Confirmation
- Work pass application & renewal
- Contract renewal
- Leave & Benefits Management
- Exit Management
- Maintain employment records and ensure data accuracy in the HR Information System.
- Implement, review, and revise existing / new HR policies, manuals, and procedures and ensure compliance with the legal requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports and statistics relating to headcount, attrition, overtime, training etc.
- Respond to MOM surveys and questions raised by union.
- Assist the HRM in the resolution of employee's grievances.
- Assist the HRM in annual HR activities such as Annual Declaration Exercise and Annual Performance Appraisal.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the HRM/GM.
Pre-Requisitions
- Minimum Degree or its equivalent with 5 years related experience
- A people manager with good project management skills
- Experience with HRIS systems (especially Timesoft) is an advantage
- Meticulous and have an eye for details.
- Resilient and possesses positive attitude towards problems / setbacks.
- Well-verse with MOM regulations as well as work pass application / renewal process.
- Well-versed with MS Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
