ADDITIONAL JOB INFORMATION
- Any 4 Weekdays (10am to 7pm)
- Every Saturday (1pm to 5pm)
- Every 1 Weekday, Sunday and Public Holiday off
- Total Working hours: 36 hours per week only
- Company uniform provided with Full Dress on Monday -Thursday
- Company Shirt is provided on Friday and Sat half day with own pants.
- Gross Salary $3000 Max including of $200 Attendance allowance + $100 Meal allowance + $100 transport allowance with good variable bonus paid twice a year + bonus + attractive benefits.
- All allowance is entitled for 3 months' probation period.
- Basic Salary will be adjusted according to individual attitude and performance after 3 months' probation.
- 10 mins walk shelter all the way from Circle Line Labrador Park MRT Station
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering high standards of quality goods and services to members
- The customer service executive will need to face and interact with members and distributors over at the reception counter and hand the goods or product to them in a friendly manner.
- Raise invoices and purchase orders.
- Handle counter transactions in merchandising and purchasing of products.
- Provide efficient and customer-focused service.
- Attend to customer request over the reception counter.
- Greet customers, answer their questions and provide product information.
- Handle and process their orders transaction.
- Help and offer assistance to their product interest and enquiry.
- Other ad hoc customer service function as assigned and required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min O Level and above
- Min 1-2 years of customer service facing and interaction, retail experience with lifestyle retail service and fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Bubbly, friendly helpful and approachable personality
- Willing to comply by wearing company uniform and the working hours for the customer service role.
