Position Details:

- Company Transport: Provided within Singapore's West area
Key Duties:
- Fine-tune resource allocation and monitor production metrics.
- Introduce procedural refinements to amplify output and curtail wastage.
- Spearhead continuous enhancement endeavors within the production domain.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols and health standards.
- Supervise ECR reduction and closure protocols.
- Uphold adherence to MS Control systems, SOPs, and statutory requisites.
- Strategize and oversee production material requisites.
- Enforce SOPs governing production methodologies.
- Liaise with external suppliers, headquarters personnel, and cross-functional departments.
- Oversee the transplantation of new products and manage procedural transitions.
- Conduct coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback to personnel.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance metrics.
- Initiate and facilitate staff enrichment initiatives and training programs.
Entry Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years within the chemical manufacturing domain, including at least 5 years in a commensurate managerial role.
- Certification: Proficiency in ISO certification procedures.
- Skills: Robust proficiency in chemical plant management, familiarity with ESH regulations, and adeptness with MS Office suite.
