Job Descriptions
- Working collaboratively and in synergy with multiple stakeholders and external vendors to deliver marketing objectives that meet business goals.
- Responsible for strategic internal/external communications, media outreach, KOLs, events etc to improve public perception of Guardian brand in Singapore and maximize category / retail sales
- Lead PR campaigns to support key campaign launches, working in collaboration with internal functions (Commercial, Operations, E-commerce etc) to achieve campaign objectives.
- Manage media queries, work in collaboration with relevant internal functions to respond and craft key messages
- Leverage on consumer insights to better understand consumer behaviour and perception so as to develop suitable marketing communication strategies that contribute to the growth of business
- Work closely with external agencies (when applicable) to deliver business and campaign objectives.
- Ensure key messages are in line with Guardian brand proposition
- Track and review campaign performance metrics to ensure delivery of ROI
- Collaborate with strategic suppliers on joint marketing programmes
- Manage and track marketing budgets
- Support the ideation, development and implementation of communications strategy
- Drive the marketing communications of own brand launches to meet growth objectives
- Measure and evaluate effectiveness of launch campaigns CSR
- Be the CSR champion, to support and reinforce the company’s CSR agenda
- Supports and facilitates all CSR related activities, initiatives and campaigns
- Manage NGO relationships and be the contact point for any CSR opportunities
Requirements
- A degree, preferably in Mass Communications, Business or Marketing.
- Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Retail / FMCG experience desired
- Past relevant experience (min 3 years) in PR, brand communications in Singapore.
- A proven track record of successful results (quantifiable) linked to strategy, planning,and execution, i.e., from brief to completion and results
- Ability to navigate and manage ambiguous environments
- Excellent communications and team-work skills.
- Strong planning, strategic and organizational skills.
