Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of a range of doors and shutters for fire and safety, industrial and commercial buildings with close to 40 years of experience in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming enquiries
- Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
- Conducts outdoor site-visits to reach out to existing and new clients with direct marketing tools
- Actively involved with tender submissions and new digital/traditional marketing campaigns
- Understand the market and actively seeks for business growth to hit department targets through long-term service contracts to augment ad-hoc business.
- Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager
- Attend client meetings, trade exhibitions and events as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above holders in any discipline, entry level/no experience are welcome to apply
- Independent and focused, with high sense of initiative to work unsupervised
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Able to think creatively and strategically and to successfully mediate and negotiate with individuals and groups internally and externally.
