Project Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handing over the project within the deadline.
• Monitor project costing and keep it within contract budget.
• To attend all site cordination meetings and to prepare documentations.
• Assist the project manager in preparing progress claim submission.
• Manage and monitor workers's schedules work progress
• Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
• Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Project Executive or similar role.
• Familiarity in project management, from conception to handing over.
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
• Outstanding organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Knowledgeable with quality assurance control.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Possess a technical diploma in a technical displicine or or related field.
• Valid motor licence and own transport
