Client Acquisition
- Organize, execute and participate in sales activities and programs
- Solicit new customers or increasing product penetration in existing base to achieve and exceed Bank’s defined goals and revenue
- Participate and support consumer sales marketing activities for customers’ acquisition and retention
Client Servicing
- Strategize and manage client relationships by providing advisory services for wealth and asset management offering.
- Perform ongoing servicing of HNW client accounts and identify any potential opportunities for extending basic and priority banking services.
- Promote the Bank’s products and services
- Cross-sell to existing bank customers to expand customers’ share of wallet
- Adhering to high service level
- Promptly attend to customer’s enquiries and other servicing matters
Compliance and Regulations
- Adhere to banks and regulatory requirements and uphold strong customer service experience
- Ensure sales are conducted in accordance with the internal and external regulatory requirements
- Ensure all process fully complied with internal /regulatory/client requirement
