- Responsible for thin film process development for new products.
- Qualify materials for new product development and ramp.
- Collaborate with R&D, work closely with module to monitor and resolve line issues, improve, sustain and drive process Cpk.
- Setup SPC, DOE, instructions, control plan, FMEA and work flow.
- Design robust process with good manufacturability.
- Automate, simplify and standardize processes for mass production.
- Maintain good documentation in compliance with quality standard
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
- Strong interest in the development of manufacturing processes
- Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor industry, with prior experience in Thin Film CVD PVD process.
- Familiarity in SPC and DOE.
