- Position Title: Accounts Assistant
- Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $2,100 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of payment documents before deadline.
- Export and upload data by using ERP system and SAP system.
- Liaise with purchaser/ supplier for checking the accuracy of documents with data of purchase order.
- Check and print purchasing documentation for costing team according to schedule.
- Perform data entry.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
