- The role will be involved with planning, participating and supervising the integration, verification and validation process and supporting system.

The Talent
- Minimally a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 5 years of experience
- Experience in verification and validation of large integrated systems, Unix/Linux/Android systems, defect management, and common test practices
- Ability to read and interpret requirements, communicate effectively, and perform basic troubleshooting on IT software and hardware
- Experience in writing test cases and providing onsite instruction
- Good to have experience in software engineering integration, collaboration with clients and developers, and open-source configuration management and deployment tools
- Good to have some understanding of software development methods and electrical/mechanical design
- Good to have some experience in user interfaces, networking, wireless, and communication systems test
- Versatility to handle different job scopes such as supporting bids and work package management
The Job
- Plan and execute integration, verification and validation (IVV) activities for various systems and projects
- Decide on the appropriate test strategy, modules and practices to ensure quality and compliance
- Create the system test plan and report, documenting the test objectives, scope, methods, results, and issues
- Work closely with project engineers (SEM) to agree on testing durations and project risks, and provide timely feedback and recommendations
- Efficiently manage test resources (staff, software and hardware), ensuring optimal utilization and availability
- Manage defects and engineering changes for the customer, using appropriate tools and processes
- Contribute to the estimation, planning and execution of IVV activities, following the best practices and standards
- Be able to coordinate activities with a global team, working across different time zones and cultures
- Participate in bid activities, providing scope and costing for IVV tasks
